Any complaints and comments have to be made and dealt with immediately following the tour in the attendance of the guide and a representative of our company at the cash desk of the office at the departure point. Complaints lodged later will not be accepted and you will not be entitled to a refund.
We ask clients to stay with the group for the entire tour and to heed the guide’s instruction. Leaving the group or interrupting the tour does not entitle you to a refund.
Please note that any changes to the programme and excursion prices due to unexpected changes in opening hours of the visited sites or traffic restrictions are reserved.
We do not provide a refund for any purchased tickets.
We are not liable for items forgotten in buses, boats, or visited sites.
We cannot guarantee commentary in your chosen language at historical monuments. In such case, our guide will obtain for you a detailed text in the language in which you purchased your trip.
